Snoring: Possible causes

At night, when you sleep, the entire body muscles relax. In order to be able to breathe freely, however, the tongue and palate remain slightly tense. People who snore suffer from sagging throat muscles, which can narrow the upper airways. Sufferers need to inhale and exhale more, which causes the air to pass through the respiratory tract with more pressure.
