Three of Rihanna’s hits, including “B*TCH Better Have My Money,” have been certified platinum, and this will add another building brick to the music NFT platform. BBHMM is being released as an NFT by the song’s co-producer, Deputy, who will share a portion of the streaming income with fans.

Rihanna’s numbered pair of NFTs will be released on Thursday. The total number of NFTs in the collection is 300. However, the price tag of 0.145 ETH (about $210) per unit is a little steep. Holders of NFTs may access 0.0033% of the streaming royalties, giving them the incentive to provide premium streaming to fans.

Deputy stated:

“As a fan, you develop a particular attachment to an artist or a song. Owning a piece of a song can completely change the way you feel about it. Outside of streaming or attending concerts, it creates an entirely new realm of connectivity.”

Fans Can Connect With Fav Music

“B**ch Better Have My Money” was named number 45 on Rolling Stone’s year-end list of the best 50 songs of 2015. The track was written by Rihanna, Bibi Bourelly, Deputy, and Kanye West (together with other producers Travis Scott and WondaGurl).

According to the CEO of anotherblock, Michel D. Traore:

“We’re excited to use our drops to help more fans of ground-breaking songs like “BBHMM” connect with their favorite music and show their support for the artists in fresh ways.”

Rihanna will be the featured performer at the halftime performance at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on February 12, making the NFT drop notable. On Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles will play the Kansas City Chiefs, and at halftime, the performer will take the field.
