As a lipstick-disguised gun, and a hidden camera in a handbag: The US auction house Julien’s auctions in the coming year, espionage-equipment of the Soviet secret service KGB. According to the auction house nearly 400 objects from the Cold war under the Hammer, including a listening device from a hotel room. The auction is to be held in February in California’s Beverly Hills.

The objects were previously issued in the KGB espionage Museum in New York. The first-2019 opened a private Museum had to close due to the Corona pandemic. The exhibition objects are to be sold to the auction house, according to now for up to $ 12,000. This top price could be achieved, therefore, in the case of rarities such as a rare Enigma decoding machine.
