Coinbase’s recent launch of the Layer-2 platform Base has triggered a wave of digital innovation, with notable companies like Coca-Cola joining the trend. The American multinational behemoth has entered the non-fungible token (NFT) arena with its ‘Masterpiece’ collection on August 13.

This eight-NFT collection features a blend of traditional masterpieces and contemporary digital artworks. From iconic pieces like Edvard Munch’s “The Scream” to modern creations by emerging talents such as Aket and Vikram Kushwah.

Aket, a featured artist hailing from France, expressed the significance of Coca-Cola’s involvement. Stating this, consider the brand as a generational touchstone that motivates individuals to pursue their aspirations daily. On the other hand, Fatma Ramadan, an Egyptian visual artist, articulated her pride in being a part of the collection. And highlighting the global inclusivity of the project, which assembles diverse artists from various corners of the world.

Moreover, the community considers the  ‘Masterpiece’ collection an emblem of how corporations can bridge the gap between the traditional and digital spheres. The mint values for these NFTs range from 0.011 to 0.014 ETH.

Further, Coca-Cola NFT Masterpiece on Base has also partnered with well-known brands like Atari, OpenSea, Pixelmon, and Showtime, introducing daily mints of on-chain collectibles in the forthcoming week.
